Natalie Cowley, Facilitator
I have a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I started meditation practice in the Dzochen tradition over 20 years ago. In my spare time I play bass in a rock cover band. For me, mindfulness and meditation are doorways to connect with ourselves and each other in a way that is not earned or conditional. No self-improvement is required to experience our own aliveness. Mindful presence belongs to everybody and I’m excited to share it with you.

Community Mindfulness Project is a nonprofit on a mission of delivering accessible mindfulness programs for a healthier Fairfield County. Despite the proven benefits of mindfulness, local under-resourced neighborhoods face barriers to these tools. We're breaking those down those barriers with free in-person and virtual meditation sessions.
