Eat Mindfully, Live Kindly

Awakening begins before the first bite

July 8, 15, 22, 29 - Wednesdays 7PM - 8:15PM

Most of us eat the way we move through life — quickly, distractedly, on autopilot. We finish a meal and barely remember tasting it. We reach for food out of habit, stress, or simply because it's there.

Eat Mindfully, Live Kindly is a four-session program that gently invites you to slow down and truly notice the rich, sensory qualities of what is right in front of you — before you ever take a bite. In that simple act of noticing, with kind curiosity, something awakens. The senses come alive. The body becomes a wise and trusted guide. Eating becomes a mindful practice of being fully present in the one body you call home.

That awareness grows. Practiced with gentleness and curiosity, it ripples into how you move through your days, how you nourish yourself, how you connect with others.

Each session weaves together a shared mindful eating experience, guided meditation, and open conversation. You'll explore present-moment awareness, equanimity, self-compassion, and gratitude — not as concepts, but as living practices discovered through food, through your senses, through community.

Whatever you bring to the table — and we mean that literally — you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Over the course of the program, you’ll learn to:

  • Slow down and truly taste your food — noticing flavor, texture, and satisfaction
