In this 4-week live course, you’ll learn practical mindfulness tools to regulate emotions, reduce burnout, and cultivate the inner resources needed to navigate sustained uncertainty — without losing yourself in the process.

What to Expect
Each 75 Minute Session includes:
Guided mindfulness meditation
Conversation & insights grounded in research and lived experience
Reflection and journaling prompts
Small-group or full-group discussion
Practical tools you can use immediately
You’ll receive simple optional practices between sessions to help integrate what you’re learning into daily life.
No prior meditation experience is required.
