Julia Hepfer, Lead Facilitator & Program Director
“ I am deeply grateful to share mindfulness with communities that are so often left out of these spaces. This work is not one-way—we grow together, learning, healing, and remembering our shared humanity. I carry these experiences with me; they’ve shaped who I am in lasting and meaningful ways. ”
Julia brings a unique blend of corporate experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to community well-being to her role as Program Director at Community Mindfulness Project. Before joining CMP, she worked in marketing for consumer packaged goods and large-scale events, honing her skills in strategy, relationship management, and creative communications. She later owned and operated a successful yoga and wellness studio, where she combined her business acumen with her passion for mindful living.
