What excites you about CMPβs mission? "I am most excited by CMP's purpose and people. I deeply believe in expanding access to great mindfulness programs because I've seen how mindfulness promotes health and joy. I am thrilled to support this noble purpose in partnership with people I admire: Ella and the CMP team and directors."
What brings you the most joy or hope as you look to CMPβs future? "What gives me the most hope is knowing that CMP's work ripples outward. When someone develops a mindfulness practice, it doesn't just change their life β it changes how they show up for their family, their workplace, and their community. CMP is planting seeds that will bear fruit for years to come, and I am honored to be part of the effort."

Community Mindfulness Project is a nonprofit on a mission of delivering accessible mindfulness programs for a healthier Fairfield County. Despite the proven benefits of mindfulness, local under-resourced neighborhoods face barriers to these tools. We're breaking those down those barriers with free in-person and virtual meditation sessions.
