One Day Silent Retreat

  • St. Paul's on the Green 60 East Avenue Norwalk, CT 06851 (map)

Spending the day together in community observing noble silence, offers a restorative, uplifting, and nourishing meditation experience. Retreat participants will have an opportunity to benefit from a shared deepening of their practice and to develop greater knowledge and kindness toward themselves and, by extension, others.

What We'll Do
Over the course of the day, we will engage in a range of secular guided mind-focusing and heart-opening meditation practices. At the end of the day, we will return from silence, and celebrate the time we have taken to care for ourselves.

What Will Be Provided and What to Bring
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. Please bring lunch and a water bottle.  We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a yoga mat (for body scan meditation) and meditation cushion if you have them and would like to use them, but it is not required.  We will have extras on hand.

Suggested Donation
Suggested donation is $50, to cover the cost of space rental, refreshments and supplies. Please plan to bring your own lunch.

How to Register

No meditation experience is necessary for Retreat participants, but we do invite you to join us for our regular Weekly Sits.

We hope you can join us!
