Cultivating Resilience
oin Dr. Paul Epstein as he spends 6-weeks with CMP offering tools and opportunities to build our resilience through mindfulness and meditation. When we improve our resilience, we are better equipped to cope with lifeβs challenges, and engage with life as it is. The weekly sessions will offer mindfulness tools for living with ease, periods of practice, and community conversation.

Mindfulness Programming for People with Parkinson's Disease
On Tuesday, January 18th @ 7pm, CMP will offer a meditation practice at the Shaker's Anonymous support group meeting. The support meetings are part of the SA's - Parkinson's Body & Mind Program, serving those with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners.
To learn more about Shaker's Anonymous and to join us on zoom for mindfulness support, please visit their website. The meeting starts at 7pm with our mindfulness session at the end of the meeting.

We are thrilled to announce that Fairfield Countyβs Community Foundation has awarded CMP a generous grant. Not only does FCCF provide financial support, but they have been true partners as CMP grows to better serve under-served communities. In fact, CMP will kick off the year by attending training through FCCFβs Susan B. Ross Leadership Institute.
15-Minute Burnout Busters for Nonprofit Workers
This January, join us at our new time: 9:15 - 9:30am - Wednesdays.
A free and open program that was specifically designed for non-profit workers, first responders, and those on the front lines.
TThe short, 15-minute sessions provide mindfulness and meditation opportunities and are designed specifically to help combat mental and emotional stress, are all based on neuroscience, and are quickly and easily accessible by phone or zoom. Participants can hop off the session immediately following the mindfulness exercise or can stay online to connect with peers in the non-profit community. All sessions are being offered free of charge.

Yale Clinical Study Looking for Participants
