Your mindful moment for the week
At the heart of our work is a simple, powerful belief: everyone deserves access to tools that support mental and emotional well-being.
In a recent session, one of our facilitators Jeanne shared how deeply grateful she felt when a plate of food was set before her—not just for the nourishment itself, but for the countless people and systems that made that moment possible: the farmers, the grocery store workers, the packaging manufacturers, the drivers, and many more. It was a reminder that we are all connected, and that awareness can transform even the simplest moments into a source of gratitude.
With summer winding down, we’re holding onto that spirit of connection and gratitude—and we wanted to share a few resources and programs that have been supporting us. We hope they can support you too:
🥱 Middle-of-the-night mind racing? Start here.
🍓 What happens when you really taste your next bite?
🖐️ Need a break? Step away from your screen and reconnect with real humans.
🌱 Discover how a city park can lower your stress in minutes
🕊 Feeling disconnected? A civil-rights leader’s words may help us remember what love can do.
If you're new here, welcome!
