In Good Morning, Spring, our 21-day live morning meditation series, you’ll begin each day with guided practice to build take joy in the small moments arising before us, reduce stress, and connect with yourself and others.

Through consistent daily practice and supportive community, you’ll cultivate the steadiness and clarity needed to meet your days with intention — grounded, open, and ready for what’s ahead.

What to Expect

Each 30-60 Minute Session includes:

  • Guided mindfulness meditation

  • Conversation & insights grounded in research and lived experience

  • Reflection and journaling prompts

  • Small-group or full-group discussion

  • Practical tools you can use immediately

No prior meditation experience is required.
