You’re invited to a 4-week meditation series designed to help you reconnect with your body and gently ease into more restful, consistent, better night’s sleep.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a different set of practices you can use at bedtime—or anytime your mind won’t settle. Together, we’ll explore the power of present moment choice and practice simple, effective meditations, including concentration and heart-opening practices.

These approaches work by shifting your nervous system out of effort and into ease—supporting the conditions where sleep can arise more naturally, and sensing into restful awakeness when sleep eludes us.
