Goodnight Meditations

Join us as we practice mindfulness for a better night’s sleep.

Wednesdays in May

7-815pm

You’re invited to a 4-week meditation series designed to help you reconnect with your body and gently ease into more restful, consistent, better night’s sleep.

Each week, you’ll be guided through a different set of practices you can use at bedtime—or anytime your mind won’t settle. Together, we’ll explore simple, effective meditations including body scan, awareness of the senses, gratitude, and heart-based practices like loving-kindness or appreciation.

These approaches work by shifting your nervous system out of effort and into ease—supporting the conditions where sleep can arise more naturally.

What to Expect

Over the course of the program, you’ll learn to:

  • Settle a busy or looping mind

  • Feel more grounded and at ease in your body

  • Soften the stress response that often fuels sleeplessness

  • Meet wakeful moments in the night with less frustration

Rather than trying to “make” sleep happen, this course helps you build a more supportive relationship with yourself during those nighttime hours, embracing a sense of restful awakeness.

No prior meditation experience is required.
