In Good Morning, Spring, our free 21-day live morning meditation series, you’ll begin each day with guided practice to support habit building, take joy in the small moments arising before us, reduce stress, and connect with yourself and others.

Through consistent daily practice and supportive community, you’ll cultivate the steadiness and clarity needed to meet your days with intention β€” grounded, open, and ready for what’s ahead.

Note: it is not required that you attend daily, but we hope you’ll join as often as possible.
