Community Mindfulness Project is offering a 6-Week Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program starting this January 3rd on zoom with expert facilitator, Lisa Sheehan. This program shares concepts & practices drawn directly from the original 8 week MBSR program, created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the UMASS Medical School.
