Sunday Reset

Welcoming the Month of November!

As we welcome a new month and turn our clocks back an hour this weekend, it's easy to notice some changes. The air may feel cooler, the sun setting earlier, and perhaps we notice some changes in ourselves (our thoughts, our emotions, or maybe in our bodies). When you take a moment to pause, what do you notice?

When I notice changes I also try to pause and notice what else may be present. For example, when I notice changes in my body, I may notice some tightness or discomfort, and yet when I open up to the fuller picture, there's also some gratitude and celebration for how my body heals, moves, and connects with others - with my body I can embrace the people I love with a big hug - and I feel a sense of gratitude. Gratitude may not always be present, and we don't have to force it, but for me, when I rest and open up to the fuller picture, it's often there.

Let me know how you're feeling?  Feel free to send me an email and share how you're doing.

Warmly,

Julia
