Mindfulness Books Ella is Reading This Winter Break

December as a parent of 2 little children under 5 can be intense. Top that with year end reviews, budgeting and goal setting for the next year and anticipating which resolutions may have the most impact.. I've been eyeing two books on my desk that I can’t wait to crack open once winter break starts.

Resilient by Rick Hanson, Ph.D.

Seven Practices of a Mindful Leader by Marc Lesser.

And finally, because every time my 4-year-old daughter is asked what she wants from Santa, she proudly states “COOKIES!”, a favorite in our household will also be read: Stop and Smell The Cookies by Gibson Frazier

Wishing you a cozy winter reset,

Ella Crivello
