Free & Open Zoom Meditation

Kick off your weekend with a live guided meditation session from 8:00AM - 9:00AM on Zoom.

This February CMP continues with monthly themes at the Saturday morning meditations. February’s theme of Balance and Steadiness invites us to notice the present moment experience and connect to our sense of foundation, balance, and imperturbability (in other words.. staying steady in the storm) . We hope you’ll join us for this incredible monthly theme!

Saturday mornings include time for community connections, conversation, and a brief discussion of the week’s practice, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Q & A and sharing after the meditation. Our sessions are secular, rooted in science and appropriate for new and experienced meditators and everyone in between.
