In times of stress, uncertainty, and social unrest, resilience requires more than pushing through—it requires learning how to care for ourselves with skill and compassion. This 4- week, mindfulness meditation program supports sustainable resilience by cultivating curiosity, self-care, equanimity, self-compassion, and community connection.
Participants will learn practical tools to regulate emotions, and navigate life’s ups and downs with greater steadiness. Through guided meditation practices, reflection, discussion, and journaling, the program helps quiet the inner critic, meet stress with kindness rather than self-judgment, and develop a more supportive inner relationship—reducing burnout and strengthening well-being in challenging times.
