Join Community Mindfulness Project's Lisa Sheehan with a special mindfulness program designed with tips, tools, and practices pulled directly from our 6-week Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program.

Together we'll:

  • Connect to the present moment with curiosity and kindness

  • Develop awareness of our thought patterns

  • Sense into the mind-body connection

  • Use mindfulness tools and practices to support improved stress management

  • Foster connection through curiosity and kindness.

  • Share details about the Summer 2024 Intro to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program
