Community Mindfulness Project is here to support you on your mindfulness journey, whether you’re a beginner or experienced practitioner. Because the first step can often be the hardest to take, we’re launching a new monthly, Intro to Mindfulness session. Our sessions are free and open to the public, secular and science-based.
