Brene Brown has spent her career studying shame and vulnerability. In this funny, smart book she helps us understand the importance of vulnerability, the impact shame has on us, and she plots a course to help us move toward shame resilience. Her TED talks are fantastic and she reads her own audio version of this book in a way that makes you feel like you’re having a one-on-one conversation with you.
