Find your pause in a busy season.

Join Community Mindfulness Project’s free Parent Mindfulness Series and give yourself (and someone you love) a few minutes of grounding, ease, and connection to start 2026

You’re managing a lot.

Feeling stressed, distracted, or worn out?
Craving a few quiet minutes just for yourself?

We get it. When loneliness and exhaustion turn to overwhelm, a few minutes of connection and guided meditation can help you feel lighter, calmer, and more connected—sometimes the greatest challenge is just having the structure to get started and stay consistent.

That’s why we created this Parent Circle Series, made possible by New Canaan Community Foundation, to support you through it all. Whether you’re a first time meditator or just looking for something different, we are here to help you find your pause, even in the times of the year where it feels hardest.

Your support changes lives, one neighbor at a time

Our accessible, community-based programming empowers individuals to:

Build lasting resilience

Evidence-based mindfulness practices enhance emotional regulation and reduce reactivity in everyday, real-world situations.

Transform personal well-being

Mindful habits not only lead to stress reduction, they can also improve immune system function, aid in clearer thinking, and even help reduce chronic pain.

Contribute to stronger communities

When helpers, healers, and leaders are able to manage their well-being, they can better serve others and create positive change, benefiting us all.

Support This Work

This series is free to you because as a nonprofit, we believe mindfulness should be accessible to everyone. If you’d like to help us underwrite costs and bring these tools and practices to more caregivers, essential workers, and people in under-resourced communities, please consider making a gift.
