Happy Sunday! 

 

I hope you're doing well and finding moments of ease in your day!

 

I'm curious. How's your meditation practice? 

 

Personally I've noticed myself leaning into compassion practices lately. Recognizing some challenges I'm facing and seeing others face struggles, too, I'm finding some moments of ease through compassion. 

 

Here are some of the heart-felt wishes I offer myself and others during a compassion/self-compassion practice: 

 

May we all:

  • Take good care of ourselves

  • Be kind to ourselves 

  • Feel our own strength

  • Feel moments of ease

  • Know that we're not alone
