One Day Retreat
Spending the day together in community, observing noble silence, offers a restorative, uplifting and nourishing meditation experience. Retreat participants will have an opportunity to benefit from a shared deepening of their practice and to develop greater knowledge of themselves as well as greater kindness toward themselves, and by extension, others.
Over the course of the day, we will engage in a range of secular, guided and silent Mind-focusing & Heart-opening meditation practices. At the end of the day, we will return from silence, and celebrate the time we have taken to care for ourselves.
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. Retreatants should bring their own lunch. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a yoga mat (for body scan meditation) and a meditation cushion if you have them and would like to use them, but it is not required.
Suggested donation is $50, to cover the cost of space rental, refreshments, and supplies.

No meditation experience is necessary for retreat participants, but we do invite you to join us for our regular Weekly Sits.
